Týnská Bar and Books, established in 2004, was the first specialized cigar bar in the country. Located right in the historical center of Prague just few steps from Old Town Square. It is perfectly hidden in a small street with views of the Tyn Church.

Intimate Bar and Books adds a stylish American bar atmosphere impressive interior. Red walls, vaulted ceilings, polished copper bar, and accessories, fine leather furniture, dark wood paneling with a dominant library full of signature books. The bar has a capacity of up to 75 guests. Hosted several small but prestigious private and corporate events.

The bar boasts one of the widest ranges of whiskey in Central Europe, as well as its offices in New York. Portfolio offers a bar and first class selection of cigars, original signature cocktails, champagne and fine wines. James Bond film images on the screen and its own sound-track adds a gentleman and also a casual atmosphere.

The first Prague branch of this original New York concept specializes in whisky, cigars, champagne and cocktails inspired by James Bond movies constantly showing on tv here. The bar offers regular events such as Ladies Cigar Monday, Whisky Tuesday Night and Wednesday Live Music (free entry).

In 2015 the Bar and Books chain that originated in New York, USA, and later expanded to Prague, Czech Republic, Celebrates its 25th Anniversary. The newest to the chain is Podwale Bar and Books in Warsaw, Poland, which opened in July of 2015 in the center of the city.
